University is pretty nice too, the world is kinda UK-y and I like the 3 new careers, and the Uni system I found really fun - they also did it in such a way that you can get a degree at any age, can be flexible with the amount of credits you are doing per term, and don't have to live on campus (also student loans.). Get Together comes with a more european style world. There's also Island Livng or Snowy Excape which add a pacific island or japanese snowy mountain to the game to play in, and I do like when the Sims branch out from the more American style worlds. Like no points for guessing what the Vampires pack is about. Magic is silly useful for everything.īut honestly, most of the packs wears their idea on their sleeves. I would recommend AGAINST Realm of Magic as you start out, because that's more or less the cheat pack. It makes the toddler life stage actually interesting. If you're looking at Game packs, Parenthood is a must-have. I like Island Living for the whole tropical theme. If you want pets, get Cats and Dogs, if you want high-rises and apartments, get City Living. A club I always make is a homework club for children and teenagers, just for the boost in homework speed they get when doing it as a group.įor a third, it's really up to taste. You can create your own clubs for whatever activity you want, be it buying clothes, socialicing, making enemies, or making obvious Mass Effect references (Two of the default clubs are the Paragons and the Renegades). I like Get Together for the whole Clubs aspect. Weather just adds a lot to it, even if it's not the most active gameplay element. Seasons is always a good bet for a The Sims expansion.
